Texture: Slightly denser than regular atta, creating chewier rotis with
better structural integrity. The mouthfeel of baked goods is pleasant and

Aroma: A rich wheat scent with earthy undertones that intensify with
cooking.

Roti & Chapati Making:

Make a smooth dough with 1 cup Khapli Wheat
Flour and warm water, cover and set aside for 10 mins.
Roll the dough into circles and divide it into
equal portions.
Cook the dough on both sides on a tawa that has
been preheated.
Puff on a fire that's hot.
With ghee, serve hot.

Applications for Bread and Baking:

Add 2–4 additional tablespoons of water or
liquid to the required quantity of Khapli Wheat Flour per cup of flour.
The dough needs 15 to 25 percent more time to
rise.
The bread will be denser and more filling than
regular bread.
To prevent it from becoming overly brown, bake
at a slightly lower temperature (20–25°F).
